Welcome to VoucherBeam. By registering an account and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Platform Overview

VoucherBeam is a hotspot management software that enables site operators to configure MikroTik router settings, monitor active client sessions, manage bandwidth profiles, and sell internet vouchers using automated payment gateways.

2. Account Creation and Subscription

• The default role assigned to new registrations is Operator.
• Free Trial: Every new account receives a 3-day free trial starting immediately upon registration. No payment credentials are required to initiate the trial.
• Monthly Subscription Fee: Upon expiration of the 3-day free trial, you must pay a monthly subscription fee of 100 GHS (cedis) to maintain access to the gateway dashboard.
• Suspension: Failure to pay the subscription fee will result in immediate suspension of account dashboard access. Restricting page navigation exclusively to the Billing portal until payment verification.

3. Payments & Gateways

All subscription payments are processed securely via Paystack. Payments are subject to verification. Once a transaction is successfully completed, your dashboard access will be immediately restored or extended for another 30 days.

4. Security and Acceptable Use

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your account.
• You agree not to bypass, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the software security systems.
• You must comply with all national telecommunication and cyber laws of Ghana (or your active operating country) regarding hotspot administration.

5. Service Availability and Liability

VoucherBeam is provided "as is." While we strive to ensure 100% platform availability, we do not accept liability for router hardware damage, ISP outages, incorrect API configuration, or any revenue losses incurred during downtime.
